My Love and I!

Warmly baked in my mothers cozy belly, I was created from a Hodgepodge of Scotch, Irish, Afro-Cuban, Spanish ingredients. Sprinkled with love and fairy dust, a happy healthy American baby girl was born into this wide world.
In childhood I spent my days reading, coloring, and dreaming as I stared up at the clear Florida sky and pondered the magic of nature all around me. Soon, along with many other gifts, a talent for drawing and weaving words emerged and I became an artist. Like a dry sponge, soaking up spilled tea, so did I delve into the mysteries of the art world.
Being a child of the Fae, I am most at home in my braided swing under the old oaks that surround my home. I often listen to the trees wisdom as they rustle their leaves and applaud my ideas. The occasional visit from a dragon fly or a busy bee is counted on as I welcome their criticism and encouragements. The influence of nature is apparent throughout my life.
Caught in an age I don't belong to, ideas from a bygone era are whispered to me on the breeze! With these ideas ,and my current experiences, I spin a story of modernity and old world style in my craft.
